摘 要:以大藤峡水利枢纽工程主坝为背景,简要介绍了泄水闸金属结构布置情况。该泄水闸泄水孔数多,尺寸大,运行频繁,控泄要求高,水力学条件十分复杂。为确保泄洪建筑物运行安全可靠,通过模型试验与三维有限元分析,解决了泄水闸弧形工作闸门流激振动、低孔弧门的支承体结构分析等关键技术问题,优化了设备的结构设计,明确了泄水闸金属结构设备安全行洪的局部开启高度,提高了枢纽正常运行的可靠性。特别是低孔弧门的设计,其孔口尺寸及设计水头等技术指标均处于全国前列,对同类型工程具有借鉴意义。Using the main dam of the Datengxia Hydro Project as a background,a brief introduction to the metal structure arrangement of the spillway gate.The sluice gate has a large number of discharge holes,large size,frequent operation,high drainage control requirements,and very complex hydraulics conditions.In order to ensure the flood discharge building operation safe and reliable,through the model test and three-dimensional finite element analysis,solve the discharge sluice arc gate flow shock vibration,low hole arc door support structure analysis and other key technical problems,optimize the structure design of the equipment,made clear about the discharge sluice metal structure equipment safety local open height,improve the reliability of the normal operation of the hub.Especially the design of the low hole arc gate,its orifice size and design head and other technical indicators are in the forefront of the country,has a reference to the same type of project.
