摘 要:通过粘贴和剥离手段,将金纳米(AuNPs)溶胶固定在透明双面胶带表面,用于柔性表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)基底的制备。结合便携式拉曼光谱仪,利用仲丁灵在AuNPs溶胶表面的吸附放大其拉曼信号,实现了仲丁灵的高灵敏检测。结合分散液液微萃取技术处理烟草样品,在消除干扰的同时,提升仲丁灵的检测灵敏度。结果表明,SERS技术对烟草中仲丁灵的检出限为20µg/kg。方法可实现烟草中仲丁灵农药残留的快速测定。In this study,gold nano(AuNPs)sol was fixed on the surface of transparent double-sided tape by means of sticking and peeling to prepare a flexible surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)substrate.Combined with portable Raman spectrometer,the SERS signal was amplified by the adsorption of butralin on the surface of AuNPs to achieve high sensitivity detection of butralin.The treatment of tobacco samples by dispersion liquid-liquid microextraction technology can not only eliminate interference,but also improve the detection sensitivity of tributadiene.The results showed that the sensitivity of SERS technology for detection of butralin in tobacco was as high as 20µg/kg.This method can realize the rapid determination of the pesticide residues of butralin in tobacco and has great practical application potential.
