摘  要:采用超高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测(UPLC-ELSD)技术,建立了测定石油采出液中十八烷基羟基磺基甜菜碱(OHSB)含量的方法。选用C_(18)色谱柱,以水-甲醇为流动相,流速为0.3 mL/min,柱温为40℃,梯度洗脱,ELS为检测器,漂移管温度70℃,检测器增益为50,喷雾器载气压力241.3 kPa。研究表明,OHSB质量浓度在5~50 mg/L范围内,峰面积与浓度符合二次方程A=96.888c^(2)+133.1c-29.684,相关系数R2为0.997,检出限为1.2 mg/L。油田地层水加样回收实验的回收率分别为95.0%,100.6%,101.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均在3%以内。影响因素实验表明,石油磺酸盐(KPS)、聚丙烯酰胺、高浓度无机盐对检测方法几乎无影响,可满足实际应用需求。该方法为石油采出液样品分析检测提供有效手段。A method was developed for the quantitative detection of octadecyl hydroxy sulfobetaine(OHSB)in petroleum extraction liquid by ultra performance chromatography-evaporative light scattering detector(UPLCELSD).The chromatographic separation was conducted on a C_(18) column using deionized water and methanol as mobile phase for gradient elution.The flow rate was 0.3 mL/min and column temperature was 40℃.The drift tube temperature of the ELS was set at 70℃and gas pressure of a sprayer carrier was set at 241.3 kPa.It was found that when the concentration of OHSB was in the range of 5-50 mg/L,the relationship of the concentration and peak area conformed to the quadratic equation:A=96.888c2+133.1c-29.684,whose R2 value was 0.997.The detection limit was 1.2 mg/L.The recoveries of the oilfield formation water samples were 95.0%,100.6%and 101.0%,respectively,and all the ralative standard deviations(RSDs)were within 3%.The experimental results of the influencing factors showed that petroleum sulfonate(KPS),polypropylene amide and high-concentration inorganic salts had almost no effect on the detection method,which can meet the needs of practical applications.The method provides an effective means for the analysis and detection of petroleum produced fluid samples.
