摘 要:为评估早期饲喂代乳粉对羔羊生产性能的影响,对戴寒杂交一代羔羊生产性能及肉品质进行了研究。试验组(early weaned,EW)于7日龄断奶后饲喂代乳粉,对照组(ewe reared,ER)人工饲喂母乳,均自由采食开食料和羊草,于90日龄进行屠宰试验并测定其肉品质。结果显示:除50日龄外,两组的体重、体高等各项生长指标均无显著差异(P>0.05);在7~50日龄时EW组的平均日增重显著低于ER组(P<0.05);51~90日龄时EW组平均日增重显著高于ER组(P<0.05)。90日龄时屠宰指标显示,两组在屠宰后体重、胴体重等指标方面均无显著差异(P>0.05)。肉品质分析显示,水分、粗脂肪、维生素、矿物质和氨基酸等营养性质,pH;值、肉色、失水率、蒸煮损失等食用品质及硬度、弹性、黏聚性、胶着度和咀嚼性等加工品质在两组间无显著差异(P>0.05);不饱和脂肪酸中,EW组的亚油酸和α-亚麻酸含量显著高于ER组(P<0.05);饱和脂肪酸中,肉豆蔻酸显著低于ER组(P<0.05),而硬脂酸、棕榈酸及其他脂肪酸含量在两组中无显著差异(P>0.05)。提示:除部分脂肪酸外,戴寒杂交羔羊早期饲喂代乳粉对其早期生长、屠宰性能及肉品质方面均无显著影响,研究结果可为奶绵羊养殖提供参考。This study was to evaluate the effect of early feeding of milk replacer on the productivity of lambs.The productivity and meat quality of Dairy Meade(♂)×Small Tailed Han(♀)crossbred lambs were detected.The experimental group(early weaned,EW)was artificially fed with milk replacer after weaning at D7 after birth and the control group(ewe reared,ER)was artificially fed with breast milk.All of them ingested open food and Leymus chinensis freely.At D90,The animals were slaughtered and their meat quality was measured.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the growth indicators between the two groups of lambs during the experiment,except at D50.At D7-D50,the average daily weight gain of the EW group was significantly lower than that of the ER group(P<0.05);but,at D51-D90,this index of the EW group was significantly higher than that of the ER group(P<0.05).The slaughter indicators showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in post-slaughter body weight or carcass weight(P>0.05).The meat quality analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in nutritional properties,such as moisture,crude fat,vitamins,minerals,amino acids and in tasted qualities,such as p H1 h,meat color,water loss,cooking loss and in processing qualities,such as hardness,elasticity,cohesion,adhesiveness and chewiness(P>0.05).Among the unsaturated fatty acids,the contents of linoleic acid andα-linolenic acid of the EW group were significantly higher than those of the ER group(P<0.05).Among the saturated fatty acids,the contents of myristic acid of the EW group was significant lower than that of the ER group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the contents of stearic acid,palmitic acid and other fatty acids between the two groups(P>0.05).In summary,the early feeding of milk replacer for crossbreed lambs had no significant effect on their early growth performance,slaughter and meat quality indexes.The present results provide a reference for dairy sheep br
