摘 要:为探究饲粮中不同赖氨酸水平对贵州黄鸡0~6周龄生长性能的影响,选取1日龄贵州黄鸡雏鸡400羽,随机分为4个组,每个组设5个重复,每个重复20羽,分别采食赖氨酸水平为0.7%、0.9%、1.1%和1.3%的饲粮,并记录体重和采食量。结果显示:0~6周龄,0.9%组平均日增重(ADG)显著高于0.7%、1.3%组(P<0.05),但与1.1%组差异不显著(P>0.05);0.9%组平均日采食量(ADFI)显著高于1.3%组(P<0.05),与0.7%、1.1%组差异不显著(P>0.05);0.9%组料重比(F/G)最低,显著低于0.7%组(P<0.05),但与1.1%、1.3%组差异不显著(P>0.05)。通过回归分析,分别建立赖氨酸与体重、ADG和ADFI的二次曲线回归方程,方程分别为y=-214.81+1460.41x-745.37x^(3),y=-7.84+39.05x-19.98x^(3),y=-4.22+64.41x-34.62x^(3),基于6周龄体重、0~6周龄ADG及0~6周龄ADFI,贵州黄鸡0~6周龄赖氨酸的适宜水平分别为0.98%、0.98%、0.93%。提示:推荐贵州黄鸡0~6周龄赖氨酸的适宜需要量为0.93%~0.98%。The aim of the experiment was to explore the effects of different lysine levels in diets on the growth performance of Guizhou yellow chickens at 0-6 weeks of age.A total of 400 one-day-old Guizhou yellow chicks were obtained and randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 20 chicks per replicate.The dietary lysine levels were 0.7%,0.9%,1.1%,and 1.3%,respectively for the four groups of chickens and then,their body weight and feed intake were recorded.The results showed that the ADG of the 0.9%group was significantly higher than that of the 0.7%and 1.3%groups(P<0.05),but it was not significantly different from the 1.1%group(P>0.05).The 0.9%group had the highest ADFI,which was significantly higher than that of the 1.3%Group(P<0.05),but it was of no significant difference from the 0.7%and 1.1%groups(P>0.05).The 0.9%group had the lowest F/G,which was significantly lower than that of the 0.7%group(P<0.05),but it was not significantly different from the 1.1%and 1.3%groups(P>0.05).Through regression analysis,the quadratic regression equations of lysine and body weight,ADG and ADFI were established,respectively.The equations were y=-214.81+1460.41x-745.37x^(3),y=-7.84+39.05x-19.98x^(3),and y=-4.22+64.41x-34.62x^(3).Based on the 6-week-old body weight,the 0-6-week-old ADG and 0-6-week-old ADFI,the appropriate levels of lysine for Guizhou yellow chickens at 0-6 weeks are0.98%and 0.98%,and 0.93%,respectively.It is recommended here that the appropriate lysine requirement for Guizhou yellow chickens at the age of 0 to 6 weeks is 0.93%to 0.98%.
