摘 要:建立了电动汽车充电站多目标规划模型,该模型以充电网络服务能力、充电站社会综合成本及配电系统网络损耗作为目标函数;选取配电系统潮流约束、支路功率约束、电压偏移、充电站的容量及规划个数等影响因素作为约束条件。引入等级号和拥挤度以改善微分进化算法在多目标优化模型求解过程中的收敛性和计算速度。最后,以8节点交通网络和IEEE 27节点配电系统为例,验证了所提模型和算法的有效性。A multi-objective programming model for electric vehicle charging stations is established and the model takes the service capacity of the charging network,the social comprehensive cost of the charging station,and the loss of the power distribution system as the objective function.Influencing factors such as distribution system power flow constraints,branch power constraint,voltage offset,charging station capacity and planned number are selected as constraints.The grade number and congestion degree are introduced to improve the differential evolution algorithm’s convergence and calculation speed in the process of solving the multi-objective optimization model.Finally,an 8-node transportation network and an IEEE 27-node power distribution system are taken as examples to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
