摘 要:根据铀(U(VI))和HNO_(3)在可见及近红外区的光谱吸收特性,结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)分别建立了U(VI)和HNO_(3)的数学分析模型。采用自主研制的铀酸快速分析仪,可同时调用2个分析模型,计算并输出二者浓度值,实现其同时快速测量。U(VI)测定范围0~305 g/L,HNO_(3)测定范围0.1~7.5 mol/L,测量结果的相对偏差均优于7.0%,U(VI)测量相对标准偏差优于2.0%,HNO_(3)测量相对标准偏差优于4.0%。According to the spectral absorption characteristics of uranium and nitric acid in the visible and nearinfrared region,mathematical models were established using the partial least-squares(PLS) method.The simultaneous and rapid measurement has been realized by the self-developed analyzer,which can utilize two analytical models at the same time to calculate and output their concentration values.The measuring ranges were 0-305 g/L for uranium and 0.1-7.5 mol/L for nitric acid.The relative deviations of uranium and nitric acid were all less than 7.0%.The relative standard deviations were better than 2.0% and 4.0% for uranium and nitric acid,respectively.
