布地奈德福莫特罗联合百令胶囊对支气管哮喘患者呼吸道重塑及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨布地奈德福莫特罗联合百令胶囊对支气管哮喘患者呼吸道重塑及免疫功能的影响。方法抽取2019年1月至2021年1月太原钢铁(集团)有限公司总医院收治的60例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,发放随机信封并根据单双号分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用布地奈德福莫特罗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合百令胶囊进行治疗。比较两组患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、可溶性Fas配体(sFasL)、组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)水平,免疫功能及肺功能改善情况,评估治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组血清MMP-9、sFasL、TIMP-1水平比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血清MMP-9、sFasL、TIMP-1水平均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组免疫功能指标均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗前,两组肺功能指标比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组肺功能指标较对照组改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.3%(28/30),高于对照组的70.0%(21/30),P<0.05。结论布地奈德福莫特罗联合百令胶囊治疗支气管哮喘的效果显著,可降低患者的血清MMP-9、sFasL、TIMP-1水平,进而抑制呼吸道重塑,有利于免疫功能提升。Objective To investigate the effects of budesonide formoterol combined with Bailing capsule on airway remodeling and immune function in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods Sixty patients with bronchial asthma treated in General Hospital of Taiyuan Iron&Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd.from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected.Patients were given random envelopes,and they were divided them into observation group and control group according to single and double numbers of envelope,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with budesonide formoterol,and patients in observation group were treated with Bailing capsule based on the treatment of control group.The levels of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),soluble Fas ligand(sFasL),tissue inhibitor-1(TIMP-1),immune function and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of serum MMP-9,sFasL and TIMP-1 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum MMP-9,sFasL and TIMP-1 in observation group were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).The indexes of immune function in observation group were higher than those in control group after treatment(all P<0.05).There was no difference in pulmonary function indexes before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the pulmonary function indexes in the observation group were significantly improved,compared with those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was 93.3%(28/30),higher than 70.0%(21/30)in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Budesonide formoterol combined with Bailing capsule in the treatment of bronchial asthma has a prominent effect in reducing the levels of serum MMP-9,sFasL and TIMP-1,inhibiting respiratory tract remodeling,and improving immune function.
