摘 要:网络信息前沿技术具有前瞻性、先导性战略地位,正在引领网络信息领域的未来发展,已经成为世界各国当前科技竞争的焦点。2021年,世界主要国家从战略、投资、管理、技术研发、应用等多角度入手,积极布局并推动网信领域持续发展。文中回顾了年度发展节点事件,归类梳理了人工智能、量子信息、云计算、大数据、区块链等技术方向的年度进展,同时总结了各技术方向取得的年度突破。The emerging technologies in network information, which are strategically forward-looking, are leading the future development of the whole industry and have become the focus of the global scientific and technological competition. In 2021, in order to promote the further development of the network information industry, countries around the world issued several strategies, improved the level of investment and management, strengthened research and promoted military and civilian applications. This article reviews the development milestones in the network information industry in 2021, categorizes and sorts out the annual progress of artificial intelligence, quantum information, cloud computing, big data, blockchain and other technical directions, and summarizes the breakthroughs in various technical branches.
