摘 要:随着世界新军事变革的不断深入和国防科技的迅速发展,新概念武器的潜在作战效能和应用前景已引起了各军事大国的广泛重视,纷纷加入了这场军事博弈。2021年新概念武器装备技术发展不断向前推进,新技术、新思路不断推陈出新。文中以2021年新概念武器中的定向能武器、智能弹药、电磁轨道炮的最新发展态势为视点,从战略规划、资金投入、实验测试、装备研发等方面,介绍了世界新概念武器领域的发展现状、新技术和新思路,以期为武器装备建设提供参考与借鉴。With the continuous deepening of the world’s new military reform and the rapid development of national defense technology, the potential combat effectiveness and application prospects of new concept weapons have attracted extensive attention from various military powers, and they have joined this military game. In 2021, the development of new concept weapons and equipment technology continue to move forward, and new technologies and new ideas continue to be introduced.Based on the latest development trend of new concept weapons, such as directed energy weapons, intelligent ammunition and rail gun in 2021, this paper introduces the development status, new technologies and new ideas of new concept weapons in the world from the aspects of strategic planning, capital investment, experimental testing, equipment research and development, etc., in order to provide reference for our army’s weapons and equipment construction.
