摘 要:在空天作战上,预警探测、指挥控制、火力打击是取得作战胜利不可或缺的三大因素。为有效应对空天威胁,制定针对性的作战计划,实施精确的目标摧毁,空天预警探测作为信息获取、战场感知的重要力量,在未来空天战争中的作用愈加突出。针对时空跨度大、目标突防手段多、探测装备种类广等空天预警探测作战特点,从系统架构、目标识别、传感器调度、关键算法验证等方面,提出了关键技术发展方向,并初步探索了技术实现途径。Early warning and detection, command and control and firepower attack are three indispensable factors to win the battle on air and space operation. As an important force for information acquisition and battlefield perception, air and space early warning and detection will play an increasingly prominent role in the future air and space war, to effectively handle to air and space threats, formulate operational plans and implement accurate target destruction. In view of the characteristics of air and space operations such as large space-time span, many means of target penetration and many types of detection equipment, we put forward the key technology development directions of air and space early warning and detection key technology, and preliminarily explore the technical implementation approaches, from the aspects of system architecture, target recognition, sensor scheduling, and algorithm verification.
