摘　　要：随着氢气在工业上的广泛应用,氢气液化工艺也得到了很大发展。从1898年首台氢气液化设备的诞生,这一百多年来氢气液化设备的生产能力和生产效率得到了很大提高。为了建造更加理想、效率更高的氢气液化设备,应研制出完整的新型结构和效率更高的循环系统工艺。With the wide application of hydrogen in industry,hydrogen liquefaction process has also been greatly developed.Since the birth of the first hydrogen liquefaction equipment in 1898,the production capacity and efficiency of hydrogen liquefaction equipment have been greatly improved in the past 100 years.In order to build more ideal and efficient hydrogen liquefaction equipment,a complete new structure and more efficient circulation system should be developed.
