摘　　要：该文从林芝市水利发展现状出发,总结了林芝市水利建设取得的成绩和不足,深入分析了新时代林芝水利面临的机遇和挑战,并结合林芝市改革开放先行区建设,提出了今后的发展方向和建议。Based on the current situation of water conservancy development in Nyingchi City,this paper summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of water conservancy construction in Nyingchi City,and deeply analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by Nyingchi water conservancy in the new era.Combined with the construction of Nyingchi City's reform and opening up,the future development direction and suggestions are put forward.
