摘  要:针对林芝市高山峡谷地带的区域地貌特点以及生态保护和经济社会发展的实际需求,对林芝市河道管理范围内跨河、穿河穿堤、临河建设项目的主要技术要求进行了分析研究,提出了与平原网河区地带和经济发达地区不同的控制指标。提出的技术要求有针对性和可操作性,可为林芝市涉河建设项目行政许可和保障河道防洪安全提供相应的技术支撑。In this paper,according to the regional geomorphic characteristics of the alpine Canyon zone in Nyingchi City and the actual needs of ecological protection and economic and social development,the main technical requirements of construction projects within the scope of management for river courses such as construction cross the river,construction through the river or levee,construction nearby the river,is analyzed and studied.The control indexes different from those in plain river network areas and economically developed areas are put forward.The proposed technical requirements are targeted and operable,which can provides technical support for the administrative license of construction projects related river and the flood control safety of river courses.
