摘　　要：巨乳症患者在接受双侧乳房缩小整形术后往往满意度较高,但仍有部分患者因症状缓解不充分或美学效果不满意而寻求二次乳房缩小整形。迄今为止,对于二次乳房缩小术最安全、最有效的外科技术尚缺乏共识。本文对近年来二次乳房缩小整形术的诊治策略进行综述,以期对这一相对少见的修复手术提供临床参考。Patients with macromastia tend to have a high level of satisfaction after bilateral breast reduction surgery.However, some patients still seek secondary breast reduction because of inadequate symptom relief or unsatisfactory aesthetic results. To date, there is no international consensus on the safest and most effective surgical technique for secondary breast reduction. This article provided a review of recent algorithms and strategies for secondary breast reduction mammaplasty with the aim of providing a clinical reference for this relatively uncommon revision procedure.
