摘 要:针对国内宠物犬福利管理问题,围绕宠物犬的生活环境监控、疾病防治、饲养人资格审核、犬只定位等展开研究。借助于物联网RFID射频识别技术识别犬只个体,温湿度传感器监控犬只生活环境,GPS物理定位掌握犬只实时位置,远程视频通信与犬只实时互动等,将物联网技术与宠物犬饲养充分结合,从而完善犬只的福利管理。本研究可为宠物的福利管理和宠物福利立法提供参考。In response to the backward problem of domestic pet dog welfare management,the application of IOT technology to dogs’welfare management was launched.The article focuses on the living environment monitoring,disease prevention,pet owner’s qualification review,and locating the dog’s position,etc.,research on dog’s quality of living environment and life safety.Using RFID radio frequency identification technology to identify dogs,temperature and humidity sensors to monitor the living environment of dogs,GPS physical positioning to grasp the real-time position of dogs,remote video communication to view real-time dynamics of dogs,etc.,combine IOT technology with pet dog breeding to improve dog welfare management.This research has important significance for improving the welfare management level of pets in China,and can also provide information technology support for pet welfare legislation research.
