摘　　要：采用专家-层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,开展海南澄迈湾5个岸段的岸线资源港口开发适宜性评价,以便于岸线资源利用的合理性和岸线港口经济与自然环境协调发展。根据岸线的自然条件、社会经济条件和生态保护需求条件,选取岸前水深、岸线稳定性、工程地质条件、后方陆域条件、城市依托条件、交通便捷度和生态环境保护条件作为岸线资源港口开发适宜性评价因子。研究结果显示,马村港—东水港岸段为优质港口岸线,可作为优先布局港口的岸线。信作港—林诗港、南港—后海等岸段为良好港口岸线,适宜作为港口预留岸段。才芳港—马村港、盈滨半岛岸段为中等岸线,近期适宜作为海滨旅游或生态保护岸线。模糊综合评价方法应用于岸线资源港口开发适宜性评价结果与实际相符,评价方法具有一定的可靠性。In order to utilize coastal resources scientifically and coordinate the development of coastal port economy with natural environment,researches were carried out to evaluate suitability of coastal resources for port development of five coastline parts by expert-analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods in Chengmai Bay,Hainan province.The factors of the suitability of coastal resources for port development were selected based on opinions of experts familiar with the geological,environmental conditions and socio-economic conditions of the study area,including water depth in front of the coastal,stability of the coastal,engineering geological conditions,conditions of land area,urban support conditions,traffic convenience and conditions of ecological environment protection.The evaluation results show that the coastline from Macun port to Dongshui port is of high quality and can be priority used as the layout of port coastline.The coastlines from Xinzuo port to Linshi port and Nangang port to Houhai country are good coastlines for reserving.The coastline quality of Caifang port to Macun port and Yingbin peninsula is medium,suitable for coastal tourism or ecological protection in the near future.In conclusion,the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the suitability of coastal resources for port development agree with the reality situation of shoreline utilization,and the evaluation method has certain reliability.The research results can provide reference for the evaluation of coastal resources in other areas.
