摘 要:针对卷取时带钢表面挫伤问题,基于弹性力学理论和迭代算法,建立了有芯筒和无芯筒工况下考虑层间摩擦力和各向异性的带钢卷取内应力预测模型,计算了不同卷取层数下钢卷的内层应力,模型计算结果与文献实验结果相吻合,模型的有效性和准确性得到验证。基于库伦定律,提出了用于量化钢卷滑移行为的参数——滑移安全系数,并分析了卷取参数对带钢层间滑移情况的影响。结果表明,不同工况下,卷取初期带钢发生滑移的概率最大,随着卷取的进行,滑移安全系数逐渐增大;当卷取张力一定时,带钢越薄,卷取初期带钢发生滑移挫伤的概率越小;不同带钢厚度下,卷取张力对带钢最内层滑移的影响较为有限;而其他参数一定时,随着橡胶层弹性模量的增大,带钢卷取初期平均滑移系数显著增加。由此可见,在生产更薄规格带钢时,可以适当降低卷取张力以及提高橡胶层的弹性模量。Aimed at the problem of strip surface contusion during coiling,a prediction model of strip coiling internal stress considering inter layer friction and anisotropy under conditions with and without core-drum was established based on elastic mechanics and iterative algorithm.The inter layer stress of steel coil with different coiling layers was calculated.The calculation results of the model were consistent with the experimental results reported in the literature,and the validity and accuracy of the model were verified.Based on Coulomb’s law,a parameter to quantify the slip behavior of the coil,namely the slip safety factor,was proposed,and the effects of the coiling parameters on interlayer slip were analyzed.The results show that under different working conditions,the strip slipping probability is the highest at the initial stage of coiling,and the slip safety factor increases gradually with the progress of coiling.When the coiling tension is constant,the thinner the strip,the smaller the probability of slipping contusion at the initial stage of coiling.Under different strip thicknesses,the coiling tension has little effect on the slip of the innermost layer of strip.With the increase of elastic modulus of the rubber layer,the average slip safety factor at the initial stage of strip coiling increases significantly.Therefore,in the production of thinner strip steel,the coiling tension can be appropriately reduced and the modulus of the rubber layer can be increased.
