摘  要:近年来,桥梁节段预制拼装技术不断发展,其绿色、环保、经济的优势逐渐凸显。但大节段的拼装施工也会带来结构受力复杂、线形难以控制等难题,需进一步进行研究与改进。文章针对一种双跨下承式系杆拱桥的节段拼装施工监控技术提出一套系统的监控方法,结合该桥特殊的施工方式,对其进行成桥线形计算以及内力优化控制分析。综合考虑桥梁设计线形、施工预拱度的影响,通过设置局部预拱度并和整体预拱度相叠加的方式,确保大桥成桥线形满足设计要求。同时,利用Midas有限元模型对整个施工过程进行详尽的分析计算,为大节段拼装系杆拱桥施工监控提供一种新思路、新方法。In recent years,with the continuous development of bridge segment prefabrication and assembly technology,its green,environmental protection and economic advantages have become increasingly prominent.However,the assembly construction of large segments will also bring problems such as complex structural force and difficult alignment control,which need to be further studied and improved.This paper puts forward a set of systematic monitoring method for the segmental assembly construction monitoring technology of a double-span tied arch bridge,based on the special construction mode of the bridge,carries on the bridge alignment calculation and internal force optimization control analysis.Comprehensively considering the influence of bridge design alignment and construction pre-camber,the local pre-camber is set and superimposed with the overall pre-camber to ensure that the bridge alignment meets the design requirements.At the same time,the whole construction process is analyzed and calculated in detail using Midas finite element model,which provides a new idea and method for construction monitoring of large segment assembly tied arch bridge.
