缝隙节流式电动阀门设计与控制技术研究

摘  要:节流式电动阀门通过改变节流口的开度来调节流量的大小,而缝隙式节流口具有过流能力强、不易发生堵塞、流量稳定性好等一系列优势,因此缝隙节流式电动阀门在工业领域有着广泛应用。文章首先概述电动阀门节流口的流量特性,以及阀体机械结构和流量检测机构的设计要点。随后分别从硬件、软件部分,介绍电动阀门控制系统的基本组成和运行机理。最后基于电动阀门控制系统进行流量参数标定实验,探究流量与频率之间的关系。并使用最小二乘法原理进行线性拟合,推导出用公式q=0.0058f2+7.998f+1.6074对流量和频率之间的关系进行标定,可以使电动阀门的流量控制效果达到最优。The throttle type electric valve adjusts the flow rate by changing the opening degree of the throttle port,and the slit type throttle port has a series of advantages such as strong flow capacity,less blockage,and good flow stability.Electric valve has a wide range of applications in the industrial field.This paper firstly outlines the flow characteristics of the throttle opening of the electric valve,as well as the design points of the mechanical structure of the valve body and the flow detection mechanism.Afterwards,from the hardware and software parts,the basic composition and operation mechanism of the electric valve control system are introduced.Finally,the calibration experiment of flow parameters is carried out based on the electric valve control system to explore the relationship between flow and frequency.The least square method is used for linear fitting,and it is deduced that the relationship between flow and frequency can be calibrated by the formula q=0.0058f2+7.998f+1.6074,which can optimize the flow control effect of the electric valve.
