CAD文件管理中的问题与对策探究

摘　　要：以存储数字化、传输网络化、服务现代化为主的档案信息化管理是档案工作的发展趋势,档案工作重点也从以实体档案为主逐步向以电子文件为主的数字化管理方向转变。文章旨在探究在电子信息技术的不断成熟,CAD技术广泛应用的背景下,如何科学有序地管理数量巨大且增长迅速的CAD文件。研究发现在现在的管理实践活动中,还存在的问题即件载体分散,格式不统一,难以进行统一管理和数据共享。并且初步探究解决以上问题的对策,以期能对CAD文件管理以及电子文件管理实践活动提供方法和有益借鉴。Archival information management based on digital storage,network transmission and modern service is the development trend of archival work,and the focus of archival work has gradually changed from physical archives to digital management based on electronic documents.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to manage a large number of rapidly growing CAD files scientifically and orderly in the context of the continuous maturity of electronic information technology and the wide application of CAD technology.The study found that in the current management practice,there are still some problems:the carrier is scattered,the format is not unified,and it is difficult to carry out unified management and data sharing.This paper also preliminarily explores the countermeasures to solve the above problems,in order to provide methods and useful reference for CAD document management and electronic document management practice.
