摘　　要：教学、科研与人才培养是当前高校建设与发展的关键.在“双一流”建设中,应以教学推动科研,以科研促进教学,二者协同促进化工类应用型人才培养.从教师的综合素养和教学理念、学生的应用能力和创新能力等方面探讨教学与科研融合对化工类应用型人才培养的作用.Teaching,scientific research and personnel training are the key to the construction and development of colleges and universities.In the construction of “Double First-Class”,scientific research is promoted by teaching and teaching is promoted by scientific research,and both of them jointly promote the training of applied chemical talents.The effect of the integration of teaching and scientific research on the training of applied chemical talents was discussed from the teachers’ comprehensive quality,teaching idea,students’ ability of application and innovation.
