摘　　要：传统手工艺类非物质文化遗产的传承与生产实践保护离不开创新,而不断的传承保护、创新发展是传统手工艺能够流传至今的积极因素。基于非物质文化遗产视角和传统手工艺的创作特征,阐述相关主体在传统手工艺实践保护中的职能和相互关系,提出从传播保护、创新型人才培养、构建新型文化生态环境等方面调整创新保护策略,以适应当代社会的发展变革,并对增强国家文化软实力和树立人民群众文化自信起到积极作用。Innovation is essential to the inheritance and production practice protection of traditional handicrafts of intangible cultural heritage.Continuous inheritance,protection and innovative development are positive factors for traditional handicrafts to be passed down to this day.Based on the perspective of intangible cultural heritage and the creative characteristics of traditional handicrafts,the functions and interrelationships of relevant subjects in the protection of traditional handicraft practices are expounded.In order to adapt to the development and change of contemporary society,it is proposed to adjust innovative protection strategies from the aspects of communication protection,innovative talent training,and construction of a new cultural-ecological environment.In doing so,it will play a positive role in enhancing the country's cultural soft power and building up the people's cultural confidence.
