摘　　要：近十几年,我国西部地区人民群众对居住地区的医疗卫生水平要求日益提高,对高水平医疗健康人才的需求同时增加。研究生是医疗高精人才培养的第一方阵,其培养质量的核心衡量标准之一就是科研水平。与中东部地区相比较,西部医学类高校基础医学研究生培养在经费投入、生源水平等方面均有较明显差距。将从地区实际情况出发,统筹整合现有的教育医疗资源,以存在问题为导向,精准“靶向”提出对策,持续提升基础医学研究生科研水平,积极推动“健康中国”卓越人才培养。In the past ten years, the people in Western China have increasingly raised their requirements for the medical and health level of living areas, and the demand for high-level medical and health talents has increased at the same time. Graduate students are the first array of high-quality medical talents, and one of the core measurement standards of their training quality is the level of scientific research. Compared with the central and eastern regions,there is a significant gap in funding and student source in the cultivation of basic medical postgraduates in western medical colleges and universities. Based on the actual situation of the region, the existing educational and medical resources should be integrated in an overall way in view of the existing problems, the countermeasures should be accurately “targeted”, the scientific research level of basic medical postgraduates should be continuously improved,and the training of excellent talents of “healthy China” should be actively promoted.
