摘 要:通过实验研究了用四乙烯五胺交联直链环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷生成的多乙烯多胺类清水剂效果的影响因素。研究结果表明:该类型清水剂清水过程为破乳过程,温度高于一定值后,相对分子质量为10000左右的该类清水剂的清水效果主要受药剂自身浊点的影响,当温度高于浊点温度时,清水效果显著变差;药剂浊点温度主要受环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷物质的量比的影响,药剂浊点温度随环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷物质的量比的增加而升高,因此可通过增加环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷物质的量比而扩大该类药剂的适用温度范围;通过降低药剂的有效含量,也可提高药剂的浊点温度,从而扩大药剂的适用温度范围。在油田现场开展了环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷物质的量比为(5∶2)的清水剂Q-03与Q-03(有效含量11%)的加注试验,加注浓度均为200 mg/L时Q-03(11%)的清水剂效果明显优于Q-03,大幅改善了油田现场的污水处理效果。The factors affecting the effect of polyethylenepolyamine water clarifier produced by crosslinking linear ethylene oxide and propylene oxide with tetraethylene pentamine were studied experimentally.The results showed that the clear water process of this type of water clarifier was a demulsification process.When the temperature was higher than a certain value,the clear water effect of the water clarifier with relative molecular weight of about 10000 was mainly relative to the cloud point of the agent.When the temperature was higher than the cloud point temperature,the clear water effect became significantly worse.The cloud point temperature of the agent was mainly affected by the ratio of ethylene oxide to propylene oxide.The cloud point temperature of the agent increased with the increase of the ratio of ethylene oxide to propylene oxide.Therefore,the applicable temperature range of the water clarifier could be expanded by increasing the ratio of ethylene oxide to propylene oxide.By reducing the effective content of the water clarifier,the cloud point temperature could also be increased,so as to expand the applicable temperature range of the reagent.The injection test of water clarifier Q-03 and Q-03(diluted by 11%)with the ratio of ethylene oxide to propylene oxide of 5∶2 was carried out in the oil field.When the injection concentration was 200 mg/L,the effect of Q-03(11%)was significantly better than Q-03,which greatly improved the sewage treatment effect in the oil field.
