摘　　要：目的探讨颅脑损伤患者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及线粒体损伤指数的变化规律。方法选取2021年4月22日至2021年7月2日本院收住的70例TBI患者,分别在伤后第1天、第6天、第11天抽取外周静脉血,通过流式细胞技术检测血清中T淋巴细胞亚群和线粒体损伤指数的变化。结果TBI发生后,CD3 T淋巴细胞及其亚群CD4、CD8绝对值先下降后回升,线粒体损伤指数则与之相反;CD8亚群占比先下降后升高,CD4亚群占比则与之相反。中重型颅脑损伤患者T淋巴细胞的线粒体损伤指数与预后呈密切正相关。结论T淋巴细胞线粒体损伤程度可作为临床上评估TBI患者预后和判定患者病情严重指数的重要参考指标,值得临床应用推广。Objective To investigate the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and mitochondrial injury index in peripheral blood of patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods 70 TBI patients admitted to our hospital from April 22,2021 to July 02,2021 were selected.Peripheral venous blood was extracted at the 1st,6th and 11th day after injury,respectively,and the changes of serum T lymphocyte subsets and mitochondrial injury index were detected by flow cytometry.Results After the occurrence of TBI,the absolute value of CD3T lymphocytes and their subsets,CD4 and CD8,decreased first and then rose,while the mitochondrial damage index was opposite.The proportion of CD8 subgroup decreased first and then increased,while the proportion of CD4 subgroup was opposite.The mitochondrial injury index of T lymphocytes in patients with moderate and severe craniocerebral injury was positively correlated with prognosis.Conclusion The degree of mitochondrial injury of T lymphocytes can be used as an important reference index to evaluate the prognosis of TBI patients and determine the severity index,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
