摘 要:血压是评估心血管风险等疾病的重要体征参数之一,可穿戴血压检测系统具有体积小、使用方便等优点。针对传统可穿戴血压检测系统算法复杂的问题,通过STM32单片机、压力传感器等器件来采集数据并设计血压检测算法。利用压力表测试出压力和压力传感器输出电压值的定量关系,采用移动平均滤波器对混合血压信号进行分离,形态学滤波去除基线漂移等干扰。提出基于基波信号的方法来完成振荡脉搏波的幅值匹配,并采用拉格朗日插值法进行离散波峰序列的求值查找。结合变幅度系数法来查找序列峰值的特征点,匹配静压力信号来计算血压。经验证,该算法计算的血压值与标准听诊法结果具有较强的数据一致性,符合ANSI/AAMI标准,能够作为血压判定依据。Blood pressure is one of the most important signs for assessing cardiovascular risk and other diseases.Wearable blood pressure detection system has the advantages of small size and convenience.Because the algorithm of traditional blood pressure detection system is complicated,STM32 microcontroller,pressure sensor and other devices are used to collect data and design blood pressure detection algorithm.With the help of pressure gauge,the quantitative relationship between pressure and the output voltage of the pressure sensor is tested.the mixed blood pressure signals were separated by moving average filter,and the interference such as baseline drift was removed by morphological filter.A method based on fundamental signal is proposed to match the amplitude of oscillatory pulse wave.The Lagrange interpolation method is used to find the discrete wave peak sequence.Variable amplitude coefficient method was used to find the characteristic points of the sequence peak value,and the blood pressure was calculated by matching the static pressure signal.After verification,the blood pressure value calculated after processing the signal has strong data consistency with the result of standard auscultation method.The blood pressure measuring device conforms to ANSI/AAMI standard,it can be used as the basis of blood pressure determination.
