摘　　要：在大学公共体育课程中,增设思政教学,能让大学生在课上获得身体与精神上的锤炼。该文以大学公共体育课课程思政教学实践探索为研究对象,采用文献资料法、比较分析等研究方法,从紧迫性和实践等方面进行研究,以丰富我国大学公共体育课程思政教学研究理论体系。研究认为:大学公共体育课程思政建设是践行高等教育的根本任务、思政建设是大学公共体育课程教学改革的契机、大学公共体育课是实现思想政治教育目标的重要途径;要正确认识大学公共体育课程思政的育人本位,融合中华传统文化,重构大学公共体育课程思政教学内容,创新大学公共体育课程思政教学开展形式。The ideological and political teaching of the university's public physical education courses can enable college students to not only get physical training,but also spiritual training in physical education classes.When they arrive,they can educate people and cultivate their souls,and finally achieve the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.This paper takes the exploration of ideological and political teaching practice in university public physical education courses as the research object,and uses literature methods,comparative analysis and other research methods to carry out research from the aspects of research urgency and practice,in order to enrich the research on ideological and political teaching of university public physical education courses in my country.theoretical system.The research believes that:for university public physical education courses,ideological and political construction is the mission of the era to practice the fundamental tasks of higher education,an opportunity for the teaching reform of university public physical education courses,and an important way to achieve the fundamental goal of"cultivating morality and cultivating people".The specific practice path:correctly understand the education standard of ideological and political education in university public physical education courses,integrate traditional Chinese culture,reconstruct the content of ideological and political teaching in university public physical education courses,and innovate the development form of ideological and political teaching in university public physical education courses.
