后扶贫时代农村社区体育发展的动力与走向

摘　　要：在扶贫攻坚战略下,农村社区体育的发展受到社会和政府的高度重视,后扶贫时代对农村社区体育的发展提出了更高的要求,扶贫计划与农村社区体育的发展相互促进,扶贫计划为农村社区体育的发展提供了良好的物质基础,农村社区体育的发展也加快了脱贫的步伐。在扶贫进程中,农村社区体育面临参与主体缺失、体育文化宣传闭塞、体育资源分配不均、体育管理体制失调等现状,在此基础上,对农村社区体育发展的动力要素进行分析,探索出后扶贫时代农村社区体育的发展走向,即提高体育文化素养、完善体育管理体制、丰富体育参与主体、合理配置体育资源,从而推动后扶贫时代农村社区体育的发展。Under the poverty alleviation strategy,the development of rural community sports has been highly valued by the society and the government.The post-poverty alleviation era has put forward higher requirements for the development of sports in rural communities.The poverty alleviation plan and the development of rural community sports promote each other.The poverty alleviation plan provides a good material basis for the development of rural community sports,and the development of rural community sports also speeds up the step of getting rid of poverty.In the process of poverty alleviation,rural community sports are faced with the current situation of lack of participants,closed publicity of sports culture,uneven distribution of sports resources and imbalance of sports management system.On this basis,this paper analyzes the driving factors of the development of rural community sports,and explores the development trend of rural community sports in the post poverty alleviation era:improving sports cultural literacy,perfecting sports management system,enriching sports participants and reasonably allocating sports resources,so as to promote the development of rural community sports in the post poverty alleviation era.
