摘  要:先在超声波辅助下对6061铝合金进行碱性化学预镀Ni,再化学镀Ni–P合金。基于田口法设计试验,以后续化学镀Ni的沉积速率和Ni镀层耐蚀性为指标,分析了预镀时镀液pH、温度以及超声波频率和功率对化学预镀Ni效果的影响,得到较佳的预镀Ni工艺条件为:超声波频率40 kHz,超声波功率80 W,pH 12,温度45℃,时间6 min。在该条件下预镀Ni时,后续化学镀Ni的沉积速率为13.87μm/h,所得Ni–P合金镀层的耐蚀性最佳。Electroless nickel pre-plating was conducted on 6061 aluminum alloy in an alkaline bath under the assistance of ultrasonic,followed by electroless Ni-P alloy plating.The effects of pre-plating parameters,i.e.pH and temperature of the bath,as well as ultrasonic frequency and power,on the nickel pre-plating effectiveness were studied by Taguchi method using the deposition rate of the subsequent electroless nickel plating and the corrosion resistance of the nickel coating obtained as evaluation indicators.The optimized pre-plating conditions are as follows:ultrasonic frequency 40 kHz,ultrasonic power 80 W,pH 12,temperature 45℃,and time 6 min.After nickel pre-plating under the optimized conditions,the deposition rate of the electroless Ni plating was 13.87μm/h,and the Ni-P alloy coating obtained had the best properties.
