摘　　要：由于中日澳新以及东盟6个国家RCEP保管机构向东盟秘书处相继正式提交了RCEP核准书,达到了生效门槛,2022年1月1日起,RCEP对上述10国正式生效,全球最大的自由贸易区正式诞生。RCEP的诞生对贸易保护主义、单边主义、逆全球化思潮是一个有力的回击,对仍受新冠肺炎疫情冲击和影响的世界经济是一个利好。中国作为全球第二大经济体,一直在积极推动区域经济合作发展战略,希望与更多的国家签署自贸协定。RCEP的建立和生效,不仅有助中国积极推进双循环战略的实施,也为中国提供了很好的发展机遇,同时也为其他国家发展提供了无限商机。当然,中国也面临诸多挑战,需要我们积极谋划,采取有效对策,加强国际合作,共同促进RCEP的发展。Since the RCEP custodian institution of China,Japan,Australia as well as six ASEAN countries have officially submitted the RCEP approval documents to the ASEAN Secretariat,reaching the threshold for entry into force,RCEP officially took effect for the above 10 countries on January 1,2022,and the world’s largest Free Trade Area was formally born.The birth of RCEP is a powerful counterattack to trade protectionism,unilateralism,and anti-globalization trends,and it is good for the world economy which is still under the impact of COVID-19 epidemic.As the world's second largest economy,China has been actively promoting the development strategy of regional economic cooperation and hoping to sign free trade agreements with more countries.The establishment and entry into force of RCEP will not only help China to actively promote the implementation of the dual-cycle strategy,but also provide good development opportunities for China as well as unlimited business opportunities for other countries.Certainly,China is also faced with many challenges,we need to actively plan,take effective countermeasures,strengthen international cooperation,and jointly promote the development of RCEP.
