摘 要:随着素质教育的不断深入,目前高职院校体育教学在不断地进行创新与改革,并在高职院校课程体系中占据了至关重要的地位,而高职院校体育教学的不断创新与改革,是提高体育教师教学能力与学生综合素质的重要举措。该文采用文献资料法等,结合当前高职院校体育教学的发展现状,提出了高职院校体育教师教学能力培养模型的构建策略,旨在为广大一线体育教师教学能力的提高提供理论参考。With the gradual deepening of quality education,PE teaching in higher vocational colleges is constantly innovating and reforming,and occupies a vital position in the curriculum system of higher vocational colleges.The continuous innovation and reform of PE teaching in higher vocational colleges is also an important measure to improve the teaching ability of PE teachers and students'comprehensive quality.Using the literature method and the current development situation of PE teaching in higher vocational colleges,the construction strategy of the teaching ability training model aims to provide theoretical reference for the improvement of front-line PE teachers.
