摘　　要：常州篮球后备人才培养成绩突出,备受各界瞩目和关注。针对篮球后备人才的培养,应发挥政府的主导作用;组建教练团队,制订系统训练计划;提供优质教育资源,实时调整教学时间,严格执行文化成绩一票否决制,加强教学、训练、生活管理;设立升学、专业、就业通道,建立多层次、全方位、立体式的后备人才网络,设置立体的、系统的竞赛体系和交流活动。这样才能实现篮球后备人才培养。Changzhou Basketball Reserve talent training has made outstanding achievements,which has attracted the attention of all walks of life.For the cultivation of basketball reserve talents,the government should play a leading role;Establish a coaching team and formulate a systematic training plan;Provide high-quality educational resources,adjust teaching time in real time,strictly implement the one vote veto system for cultural achievements,and strengthen the management of teaching,training and life;Establish channels for further study,major and employment,establish a multi-level,all-round and three-dimensional back talent network,and set up a three-dimensional and systematic competition system and exchange activities.Only in this way can we realize the cultivation of basketball reserve talents.
