日本少儿足球训练理念分析及其启示

摘　　要：新校园足球时代,少儿是足球事业重要的组成,需要新的理念引导少儿足球事业的发展。该文通过文献梳理对日本少儿足球训练理念进行分析。研究发现:应注重使少儿积累经验和兴趣,发展少儿神经系统,并注重用个人技术培养的三大理念来指导少儿足球的训练实践。对于我国少儿足球发展的启示:形成统一的指导大纲和专业的教练制度;少儿足球训练要保持自发性玩耍;中国足协要加强对开展少儿足球运动的指导和支持。In the new campus football era,children are important parts for football,and new concepts are needed to guide the development of children's football.Through literature review,this paper analyzes the training concept of Japanese children's football,and finds that we should pay attention to making children accumulate experience and interest,develop children's nervous system,and pay attention to using the three concepts of personal technology training to guide the training practice of children's football.Enlightenment for the development of children's football in China:Forming a unified guiding outline and professional coaching system;Children's football training should keep spontaneous play;The Chinese Football Association should strengthen its guidance and support for the development of children's football.
