摘 要:目的探讨“计划-实施-检查-处置(PDCA)”循环在口腔颌面麻醉恢复期躁动中的应用效果。方法方便选择2020年1—12月期间于南京医科大学附属口腔医院进行口腔颌面全麻手术89例患者作为研究组,方便选择2019年1—12月期间于南京医科大学附属口腔医院进行口腔颌面全麻手术89例患者作为对照组。对照组接受常规护理措施,研究组在此基础上应用PDCA循环法对麻醉恢复期躁动进行管理。对比两组患者麻醉时间与苏醒时间、麻醉恢复期情况与躁动相关不良事件的发生率。结果两组麻醉时间与苏醒时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组麻醉恢复期躁动发生率为3.37%,较对照组12.36%更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.962,P<0.05)。研究组麻醉恢复期躁动相关不良事件的发生率为1.12%,较对照组8.99%更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.213,P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环能够有效预防口腔颌面麻醉恢复期躁动,保障患者的手术效果与安全,适于临床推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of"plan-do-check-act(PDCA)"cycle in agitation during the recovery period of oral and maxillofacial anesthesia.Methods A total of 89 patients undergoing oral and maxillo⁃facial anesthesia surgery in the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January to De⁃cember 2020 were conveniently selected as the study group,a total of 89 patients who underwent oral and maxillofa⁃cial anesthesia in the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January to December 2019 were conveniently selected as the control group.The control group received routine nursing measures,while the study group applied PDCA cycle method to manage agitation during anesthesia recovery.The anesthesia time and re⁃covery time,and the incidence of agitation and agitation-related adverse events during anesthesia recovery were com⁃pared between the two groups.Results Compared the anesthesia time and recovery time between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of agitation during anesthesia recovery in the study group was 3.37%lower than that in the control group 12.36%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.962,P<0.05).The incidence of agitation-related adverse events in the study group during anesthesia recovery was 1.12%lower than that in the control group 8.99%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.213,P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle can effectively prevent restlessness during the recovery period of oral and maxillofacial anes⁃thesia,ensure the surgical effect and safety of patients,and is suitable for clinical promotion.
