基于康复前移理念的综合康复护理对喉癌术后患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析在喉癌术后护理中,基于康复前移理念实施综合康复护理干预的临床效果。方法简单随机选取该院2018年3月—2021年3月收治的50例喉癌患者为研究对象,以随机数表法均分为两组,对照组(25例)实施常规护理干预,观察组(25例)则基于康复前移理念的综合康复护理干预。对比两组术后并发症发生率、心理状态(HAMA、HAMD量表)及生活质量(QLQ-C30量表)。结果观察组并发症发生率为12.00%低于对照组的44.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.349,P=0.012);护理后,观察组的HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.610、4.962,P<0.001);护理后,观察组QLQ-C30各维度(身体状况、社会/家庭情况、认知功能、情感功能以及社会功能)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.745、3.853、4.223、4.211、3.735,P<0.001)。结论在喉癌术后护理中,基于康复前移理念实施综合康复护理干预可减少术后并发症,加快患者康复进程,改善其负性情绪,提升生活品质。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention based on the concept of rehabilitation forward in postoperative nursing of laryngeal cancer.Methods A total of 50 patients with la⁃ryngeal cancer who were treated in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were simply randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(25 cases)re⁃ceived routine nursing intervention,while the observation group(25 cases)received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention based on the concept of rehabilitation forward.The incidence of postoperative complications,psychological status(HAMA,HAMD scale)and quality of life(QLQ-C30 scale)were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 12.00%lower than that in the control group,which was 44.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.349,P=0.012<0.05).After nursing,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.610,4.962,P<0.001);after nursing,the scores of each dimension of QLQ-C30(physical condition,social/family condition,cognitive function,emotional function and social function)in the observa⁃tion group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.745,3.853,4.223,4.211,3.735,P<0.001).Conclusion In the postoperative nursing of laryngeal cancer,comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention based on the concept of rehabilitation advancement can reduce postoperative complica⁃tions,speed up the recovery process of patients,improve their negative emotions,and improve their quality of life.
