薄型泡沫敷料贴联合无菌纱布包裹冰袋冷敷在双眼上睑单睑并内眦赘皮患儿术后护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察薄型泡沫敷料贴联合无菌纱布包裹冰袋冷敷应用于双眼上睑单睑并内眦赘皮患儿术后护理中的效果。方法回顾性收集2019年1月至2021年1月河南省人民医院89例双眼上睑单睑并内眦赘皮患儿资料,均行外科手术,根据不同术后护理方式分为两组。对照组43例,给予无菌纱布包裹冰袋冷敷;观察组46例,在对照组基础上给予薄型泡沫敷料贴贴敷。比较两组术后24 h、术后72 h肿胀情况、疼痛情况,随访至术后3个月,比较两组术后1周、手术后1个月、手术后3个月手术部位瘢痕评分(VSS评分),末次随访时统计比较两组患儿家属护理满意度。结果术后24 h,两组肿胀情况及疼痛情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后72 h,观察组肿胀情况及疼痛情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术后1周、手术后1个月、手术后3个月VSS分值呈逐渐降低趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组各时段VSS分值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组随访期间并发症发生率(4.35%)与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿家属护理满意度95.65%高于对照组76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论薄型泡沫敷料贴联合无菌纱布包裹冰袋冷敷应用于双眼上睑单睑并内眦赘皮患儿术后护理中,可改善术后肿胀与疼痛,减轻术后瘢痕程度,提高患儿家属护理满意度。Objective To observe the effect of thin foam dressing combined with cold compress by sterile gauze wrapped ice bag in the postoperative care of children with double upper eyelid with single eyelid and epicanthus.Methods The data of 89 children with double upper eyelid with single eyelid and epicanthus from January 2019 to January 2021 in Henan Provincial People's hospital were retrospectively collected.All of them underwent surgical operations and were divided into two groups according to different postoperative nursing methods.43 cases in the control group were given cold compress wrapped with sterile gauze;46 cases in the observation group were treated with thin foam dressing on the basis of the control group.The swelling and pain at 24 hours and 72 hours after operation were compared between the two groups.The patients were followed up to 3 months after operation,the scar score(VSS score)of the operation site at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation was compared between the two groups.The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the two groups was statistically compared at the last follow-up.Results At 24 hours after operation,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of swelling and pain(P>0.05).At 72 hours after operation,the swelling and pain in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The VSS score of the two groups decreased gradually at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The VSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at each time,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the family members in the observation group was 95.65%higher than that in the control group(76.74%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of thin foam dres
