摘　　要：采用X-射线荧光光谱、X-射线衍射等技术,结合超景深显微镜、扫描电镜、化学分析等手段,对一例申报为“铜精矿”的进口样品进行外观形貌、元素组成、物相组成、微观结构等进行分析,同时对该样品是否为固体废物的问题进行研究。结果表明,样品含有黄铁矿、石英、孔雀石、硅锌矿、滑石等天然矿物,还含有大量的微米级球状氧化锌、玻璃态的钠钙硅铝酸盐、疏松的胶态硅酸盐以及条状、片状的金属铜屑等。样品呈现出天然矿物和多种冶炼加工产物的混合物特征,与天然铜矿浮选得到的铜精矿有显著差别,其中的冶炼加工产物涉嫌固体废物。A classification of declaration of“copper concentrate”of an imported samples was studied.And the issue of solid waste of the imported sample was also discussed.The sample was analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and other techniques,combined with ultra depth of field microscopy and scanning electron microscopy for the study of appearance,elemental composition,physical phase composition and microscopic morphological composition.The results showed that the sample contained natural minerals such as pyrite,quartz,malachite,willemite and talc,as well as a large amount of micron-sized spherical zinc oxide,glassy sodium-calcium-silica-aluminate,loose colloidal silicate and striped and flaky copper metal chips.The product showed the characteristics of a mixture of natural minerals and a variety of smelting process products,which is significantly different from the copper concentrate obtained by flotation of natural copper ore.The smelting process products were suspected to be solid waste.
