摘 要:硫酸浸出条件下,湿法炼锌提取锗的常用萃取剂YW-100存在水溶性大,萃取剂易损耗、萃余液有机物含量高的问题。保证萃取剂萃锗性能前提下,优化YW-100化学结构,降低水溶性具有重要实际应用价值。本文设计合成一种新型锗萃取剂-环烷基氧肟酸(YW-NAP)并开展其在硫酸浸出液中的萃锗性能研究。实验表明:在高浓度硫酸176.5 g/L条件下,水油比为1∶1,搅拌萃取20 min,无改质剂添加下,一级萃取效率达98.83%,三级萃取下萃取效率达99.35%。Under the condition of sulfuric acid leaching,the commonly used extractant YW-100 for extracting germanium from zinc hydrometallurgy has the problems of high water solubility,easy loss of extractant and high organic content in extraction solution.Under the premise of ensuring the extraction performance of germanium,optimizing the chemical structure of YW-100 and reducing the water solubility have important practical application value.In this paper,a novel germanium extractant naphthenic oxime acid(YW-NAP)was designed and synthesized,and its germanium extraction performance in sulfuric acid leaching solution was studied.The experiment showed that under the condition of high concentration of sulfuric acid of 176.5 g/L,the O/A was 1∶1,the stirring extraction was performed for 20 min,and the first-order extraction efficiency was 98.83%without modifier addition,and the extraction efficiency under the third-order extraction was 99.35%.
