摘 要:通过不同长度蓝晶石耐火纤维棉的级配,使用真空成型工艺制备了高强度低导热的蓝晶石耐火纤维板。研究了不同粒度和添加量的氧化铝细粉对蓝晶石耐火纤维板物理性能的影响,结果表明:(1)随着氧化铝粉体粒度由200目增大到800目,细粉的填充性和对纤维的吸附性显著增强,面方向收缩由2.63%降低至1.88%,厚度方向收缩基本保持不变;试样的10%耐压强度由0.6 MPa增大至0.94 Mpa,热面1000℃时的导热系数由0.168 W/(m·K)降至0.15 W/(m·K)。试样的常温断面硬度为80 HC,烧后断面硬度达到74 HC。(2)随氧化铝细粉含量的增加,试样收缩不断下降,超过40%后,加热线变化趋于稳定。High strength and low thermal conductivity kyanite refractory fiber board was prepared by vacuum forming process by gradation of kyanite refractory fiber cotton with different lengths.The influence of alumina powder with different particle size and addition amount on the properties of fibre board was studied.The results show that:(1)with the increase of particle size from 200 mesh to 800 mesh,the filling property and fiber adsorption of powder are significantly enhanced,so the mechanical and thermal properties of the sample become better.The surface linear shrinkage decreased from 2.63%to 1.88%,and the thickness shrinkage remained almost unchanged.The compressive strength of the sample increases from 0.6 MPa to 0.94 MPa,the thermal conductivity decreases from 0.168 W/(m·K)to 0.15 W/(m·K)at 1000℃.The hardness of the sample reaches 80 HC after drying and 74 HC after heating.(2)With the increase of alumina powder content,the linear shrinkage of the sample decreases,which tends to be stable when it exceeds 40%.
