摘 要:本论文研究了在PC-R/PBT比例为7/3情况下,复配增韧剂体系对材料韧性影响,及酯交换抑制剂体系对材料外观影响。结果表明与单独使用增韧剂SOG-02及EM500相比复配增韧剂体系增韧效果更好,4份EM500及1份SOG-02可达到较高抗冲性能。酯交换抑制剂能有效抑制黄变问题,但高添加量影响复合材料性能保持率,0.3份酯交换抑制剂能够有效解决材料黄变问题且力学性能保持率较高。The research in this paper is based on PC-R/PBT ratio 7/3,studied the effect of the compound toughening agent system on the toughness of the material,also studied the effect of the transesterification inhibitor system on the appearance of the material.The results show that the toughening effect of compound system is better than using the toughening agent SOG-02 and EM500 alone.Composite material can achieve higher impact resistance by using 4 parts EM500 and 1 part SOG-02.The transesterification inhibitor can effectively inhibit the yellowing problem,but high addition amount will affect the performance retention rate.Material yellowing problem can effectively solve by using 0.3 parts of the transesterification inhibitor,and the mechanical property retention rate is still high.
