摘  要:简要介绍了臭氧催化氧化在石化污水处理中的应用概况,采用中石化长岭分公司污水处理厂的臭氧催化剂,对催化剂的物化性质进行表征分析,并通过研究有无催化剂、反应停留时间、臭氧浓度、臭氧流量等工艺条件对催化剂去除COD性能进行试验评价,得出催化剂失活原因:(1)高密沉淀池控制不稳,后絮凝堵塞催化剂表面;(2)硅含量增加影响催化剂的活性组元;在最优的工艺条件下采用超声酸洗的催化剂运行两周时间,初始活性能短暂恢复至新鲜剂的80%左右;针对催化剂的研发需要有针对性地研发低成本、易制备、可回收、重复使用率高的专属高效复合型催化剂。Ozone catalytic oxidation is briefly introduced in the application of petrochemical wastewater treatment,the sewage treatment plant of sinopec changling branch ozone catalyst,on the analysis of physical and chemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by the presence of catalyst,reaction time,concentration of ozone,ozone flow process conditions such as evaluation of the performance of catalyst for removing COD,The reasons for deactivation of catalyst were as follows:(1)the control of high-density sedimentation tank was unstable,and the surface of catalyst was blocked by flocculation;(2)The increase of silicon content affects the active component of the catalyst;Under the optimal process conditions,the initial activity of the catalyst with ultrasonic pickling can be restored to about 80%of that of the fresh catalyst for two weeks.The research and development of catalysts requires targeted research and development of low cost,easy to prepare,recyclable,high reuse rate of exclusive high efficiency compound catalyst.
