精酿啤酒废水处理设计——以上海某精酿啤酒为例

摘　　要：通过对上海某精酿啤酒废水的处理工艺、运行效果及其结果的分析,并对此类废水的处理工艺优化等方面进行探讨,提出针对独立小型精酿废水治理时应结合其生产工艺,对其生产车间废水进行分类收集、工艺设计时加大调节池的调节能力、采用抗冲击能力强的处理工艺等方法以降低此类废水处理的建设成本及运行成本。By analyzing the treatment process,operation effect and results of a craft beer wastewater in Shanghai,and discussing the optimization of such wastewater treatment process,it is proposed that the treatment process of independent small-scale craft beer wastewater should be combined with its production process.In order to reduce the construction cost and operation cost of this type of wastewater treatment,the production process can classify and collect its wastewater,increase the regulating capacity of the regulating tank during process design,and adopt the treatment process with strong impact resistance.
