摘 要:摘土壤气体中的汞,是大气环境中汞的重要来源,对土壤气体中汞的检测,对评价大气环境质量具有重要的意义。由于上海地区地下水埋深浅,对土壤汞气的检测带来了一定的难度。通过对土壤汞气监测井深度的控制,以及对监测井管直径、采样流量、采样体积、洗脱液浓度进行研究,汞气用巯基棉富集,取得了比较理想的土壤汞气的采集效果,并建立了用巯基棉富集-4.0 mol/L盐酸-氯化钠饱和溶液洗脱-原子荧光光度法测定土壤汞气的方法。结果表明:方法的检出限为2.1×10^(-6) mg·m^(-3),样品分析的相对偏差在1.60%~10.90%,加标回收率在82.3%~102%之间。Mercury in soil gas is an important source of mercury in atmospheric environment.The detection of mercury in soil gas is of great significance to the evaluation of atmospheric environmental quality.Due to the depth of groundwater in Shanghai,it is difficult to detect mercury gas in soil.By controlling the depth of soil mercury gas monitoring well,and studying the diameter of monitoring well tube,sampling flow,sampling volume and eluent concentration,mercury gas is enriched with mercapto cotton,and relatively ideal collection effect of soil mercury gas is achieved.A method was established for the determination of mercury gas in soil by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry with sulfhydryl cotton enrichment-4.0 mol/L hydrochloric acid-sodium chloride saturated solution elution.The results showed that the detection limit of the method was 2.1×10^(-6) mg·m^(-3),the relative deviation of the analysis was 1.60%~10.90%,and the spiked recoveries were 82.3%~102%.
