摘　　要：本文以某项目废催化剂过滤器下出口直连大管径快速切断阀支撑问题为例,对比研究各类方案,并结合现场实际情况及工艺要求,选出最优解决方案,通过对整个过程进行总结,希望对以后设计中出现类似问题提供相应的设计思路和参考依据。This paper takes the issue of the support of a large-diameter quick shutoff valve directly connected to the lower outlet of the spent catalyst filter in a project as an example,compares and studies various schemes,and selects the optimal solution based on the actual situation of the site and process requirements.In conclusion,it hopes to provide corresponding design ideas and reference for similar issues in future design.
