摘 要:蒸压釜长期在频繁的开、停工及压力波动下工作,齿块根部承受交变循环载荷后极易出现裂纹,这种缺陷的产生与过程疲劳有关。基于ANSYS的疲劳分析,对低周循环载荷下的完全啮合的快开装置进行疲劳强度分析,得到最大第一主应力出现在釜体齿根处,预测其疲劳寿命约为15.5年,对带有裂纹的快开装置的寿命预测约为5年。采用机械打磨的形式修复齿根处裂纹损伤,模拟找出最佳的打磨尺寸d=30mm,为齿啮式快开装置的过程设计及故障消缺提供了重要的参考依据。The autoclave works under frequent startup, shutdown and pressure fluctuations for a long time,and cracks are very likely to occur at the root of the tooth block after being subjected to alternating cyclic loads. The occurrence of such defects is related to process fatigue. Based on the fatigue analysis of ANSYS,the fatigue strength analysis of the fully engaged quick-opening device under low-cycle cyclic load is carried out to obtain that the maximum first principal stress occurs at the tooth root of the kettle body,and its fatigue life is predicted to be about 15.5 years,and the life of the quick-opening device with cracks is predicted to be about 5 years. The crack damage at the root of the tooth is repaired by mechanical grinding,and the optimal grinding size d=30 mm is found by simulation,which provides an important reference for the process design and fault elimination of the tooth-locked quick opening device.
