摘　　要：人们越来越意识到右心功能在围手术期和重症监环境中的重要性,但快速检测右心功能对临床医生来说仍然具有挑战性。右心功能不全的患者在进行下肢静脉超声检查时,频谱显示在心动周期内的心房收缩期时出现逆行血流,将这种现象称为脉动性。本综述旨在总结股静脉脉动性的各项频谱数据与右房压力的相关性,为临床提供一种便捷判断右心功能的方法。People are increasingly aware of the importance of right heart function in preoperative and intensive care environments,but rapid detection of right heart function is still challenging for clinicians.In patients with right ventricular insufficiency,when undergoing an ultrasound examination of the veins of the lower extremities,the frequency spectrum shows that retrograde blood flow occurs during the atrial systole within the cardiac cycle.This phenomenon is called pulsation.This review aims to summarize the correlation between various spectral data of femoral vein pulsation and right atrial pressure,and provide a convenient method for clinical judgment of right heart function.
