摘 要:党中央、国务院和有关主管部门近年来颁布了多项法律和政策对科技成果转化为标准的体制机制建设、措施提出、方法研究等做出明确要求。本文在总结国内外开展科技成果转化为标准的研究与实践基础上,梳理了气象科技成果转化为标准的现状和难点,结合气象部门实际需求,提出了气象科技成果转化为标准的路径,并给出了措施建议,以期为气象行业或相关部门开展科技成果转化为标准工作提供参考。In recent years, the CPC Central Committee, the State Council and relevant competent departments have promulgated a number of laws and policies to make clear requirements for the construction of systems and mechanisms, the proposal of measures and the study on methods for transforming scientific and technological achievements into standards.On the basis of the research on and practice of transforming scientific and technological achievements into standards at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the current situation and difficulties of transforming meteorological scientific and technological achievements into standards, puts forward the transformation path in combination with the actual needs of meteorological departments, and gives measures and suggestions. It is expected to provide reference for the meteorological industry or relevant departments to transform scientific and technological achievements into standards.
