摘　　要：GB/T 37239-2018《笔迹鉴定技术规范》是中国特色的笔迹鉴定技术体系新的发展成果。对《笔迹鉴定技术规范》进行分析发现:标准文本中关于笔迹特征分类的描述框架根植于我国笔迹鉴定专业理论和实践,但在对待书面言语习惯及其特征反映的态度上略显模糊;所提出的“笔迹特征比对表”技术要点体系完整,但具体技术点过于细致,混淆了标准与鉴定机构程序文件、方法或方针等文件的概念;标准文本中,笔迹鉴定过程的技术要点部分结构严整,用语概括性较强,但缺乏可视化的图形表达,不利于建立基于过程的鉴定质量管理体系。同时,建议在标准的修改完善中,宜考虑回归到基于经典教科书的传统鉴定结论分类和表述措辞体系框架为妥。The publication of Chinese national standard, GB/T 37239, Specification for forensic identification of handwriting, represents as a new development result of the handwriting identification technology system with Chinese characteristics. After analyzing the text of GB/T 37239 by using the standardization theory in the context of international forensic science standardization, it is found that the classification description framework of handwriting identification is based on the professional theories and practices in China, but the reflection of the characteristics of writing habit is vague.The main technical requirements of the whole identification process are too detailed, which could confuse the concept between national standards and forensic units’ documents(procedure documents, method, policy etc.). In the standard text, the technical requirements for the handwriting identification process lack visualization flow-chart, and the language generality is too detailed, which is not conducive to the establishment of the identification quality control system based on the process. It is suggested that in the future revision, the traditional Chinese handwriting conclusion-scale and wording theoretical classification evolved from the textbook could be considered.
