摘  要:为有效防治高血压及其靶器官的损伤,早期确诊高血压引起靶器官损伤,对高血压诊疗和长期预后的改善至关重要。高血压眼底病变是靶器官损伤的早期改变之一,光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)是眼底检查的最新且有希望的技术之一。本文就OCTA在高血压眼底微循环检测中应用研究的进展作一综述。In order to effectively prevent and control hypertension and its target organ damage,early diagnosis of target organ damage caused by hypertension is very important for hypertension diagnosis and treatment and improvement of long-term prognosis.Hypertensive fundus lesion is one of early changes of target organ damage.Optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)is one of newest and most promising techniques for fundus examination.The present article makes a review on research progress of application of OCTA in detection of microcirculation of hypertensive fundus.
